Not certain that it is a dish regularly served to patients.  Is it possible it was a chef&#39;s contest only.  It would appear to be a contest on serving flatiron steak, as all the recipes centered on that.

This is as it should be.  A patient is an involuntary participant in a diet he did not choose, so to serve him nutritious meals, and that will be eaten, is necessary for optimizing good health. <BR> <BR>For those patients who prefer vegetarian, as I do, I have been given the choice of meals from the hosptials in which I have been a patient.  Choice is the word.
