Racism and Sexism: When is it real and when is it imagined??

Notice now that we have a Black President, that any criticism or critical discussion is considered or labelled Racism if you are other than Black? The answer to the problem? Performance!!!!

Suppose I go to the NBA and tell them there aren't enough white guys in the NBA, what do you think they are going to say? Show us your stats from the last school you attended. If you are mediocre, what do you think they are going to say? No thanks. Is that racist?

Same with women, this is a good one more and more for reverse discrimination. Women coming into their own or going to Seminary in a denomination that has made it clear they don't ordain women, is it discrimination, not if consistently followed by the denomination. However, if a man applies for a job that is equally able to be done by a man and the stats show men consistently being turned down, and women being hired, it may be a case of reverse discrimination or sexist activity.
