There is a great deal of difference between good preaching and good administation. The Peter Principle in the SDA church eloquently demonstrates that. Many an excellent preacher has little, even poor administrative capabilities. Yet that is how the SDA church chooses to fill its positions.

Don, what do you see regarding his administrative capabilities. What has he accomplished as an Administrator at Apple Creek?? <BR> <BR>Or is is just a bunch of Islanders outnumbering other ethnic backgrounds?? Like Oroville Parchment who went on to the GC NAD Assistant position.

I don't know him personally. <BR> <BR>Apple Creek certainly has been successfully managed if numbers can be used as a measure. It is known as a dynamic place of worship. <BR> <BR>Time will tell how he does in Administration. <BR> <BR><font color="ffffff"><font size="-2">.</font></font>
