Affect Fairness Doctrine?  I wasn&#39;t aware that &#39;doctrine&#39; was currently used. <BR> <BR>By affecting, do you actually mean how does that affect Rush and his $400,000,000 contract? <BR> <BR>Rush is part of the reason Clear Channel is a penny stock.
