Neal, open your mind up. The Bible is about creation of this earth, not the universe. The universe is not 6000 years old. The universe is much older. I believe that. Now, what mockery do you have in response to that?

John, you forget, God is so bright there will be no night or day in heaven or need for a sun. That could be the light, eh until the Sun in our solar system, not for the whole universe was created, eh. Are you following???? <BR> <BR>When Moses wrote this, it rains, right, so he thinks something has to keep that "heavy" water up there, so he thinks a dome does. You mock it but it more than likely is a novice scientist, trying to explain what he sees, feels and experiences. You, Neal and Elaine what quantum physices and modern science to come out of Moses mouth and pen, right. Where do you get this fantasy about Moses doing this?

I didn't exclude animals as being able to live on this earth, or God's purpose to have human life and animal life as, I think you are suggesting. That's why I was sort of surprised at your jump in logic or assumption of what I had said. But it is a far cry from what you said I said that I put in bold red two posts above.
