Do All Humans SIN?

Its my personal belief that the theory of death being required for sin and that all humans have sinned is false.

My reasoning is the belief of those who have faith in the Bible that Elijah and Enoch are in heaven without seeing death.

If they are in heaven on the dome, then death is not a punishment in all cases OR they were sinless as humans OR they were not actually humans but some sort of metaphor or myth for the purpose of teaching a lesson to the goat herders.

There is evidence that Elijah was a myth as he is the only prophet who has no record of a father and mother. His name also means El is Yah, which, in those days, was the common way to assimilate your tribal God into the Head God, God Most High.

The teaching that ALL who sin die unless they are alive when Jesus comes cannot be logically reconciled with the belief that Enoch and Elijah are in heaven.

IMO, of course.

And Bob (if you respond), come up with something yourself instead of C&P'ing which I will disregard anyway.

The teaching that ALL who sin die unless they are alive when Jesus comes cannot be logically reconciled ... unless...of course...

God has the right to make exceptions, as we discussed on the other thread.....

and didn't God make an exception to the laws of genetics just for Jacob in the striped stick spotted goat story? so that Jacob could get rich by cheating his Uncle Laban?

and didn't God make an exception however temporary in the operation of the universe by stopping the sun in its tracks just so the Hebrews could kill more of their neighbors?

and didn't He retroactively decide He no longer liked the dinos He must have created, what with all that stomping around and all that dino exhaust fouling up the land and air, so despite the story where ALL the animals of the earth were represented on the ark, He made an exception and left the dinos out and saw to it that they were all buried beneath the iridium layer?

so, if God can make exceptions whenever and for whomever He chooses, then, during that famous walk with Enoch, God cudda just forgiven him before taking him "UP" to heaven......and maybe Elijah could have asked for and been given forgiveness, clean underwear and a complete blood transfusion after his wild chariot ride up into the stratosphere/dome
....with no oxygen, and no pressure suit....

we know that God made an exception in his character of Love for the next prophet and made bears eat 42 kids just to prove to Elisha that he really had the force with him.

so the good news, Neal, might be that an exception could even be made for you as one of the few, the lost, the unconvinced. and you too could cross the stormy seas of life within (or without) a nave (navy??) of a church with Christ as your captain calming your stormy seas, and you too someday will reach the Golden Strand (the German word for beach)and in the sunset years of your life, you too will make it to safe "haven"....

God has the right to make exceptions....

Just like God can decide that He's not interested in coming after all.

Just let the earth get sucked into our dying star in a few billion years.
