“We will run the Little Debbie paint schemes on Friday

but if anybody in Japan watches that race live, it will be Sabbath there.....

so how does any of this mean anything to any divinity out in space watching the sun go around the earth, ah, did I get that ?sdrawkcab

reminds me of my youth....when my parents would not let me even listen to the Celtics or Red Sox play on friday nights, I could still call my relatives 3 hrs away in sunset time out on the left coast and get the score while it was still daylight there.

reminds me also of the wishful thinking of the alcoholic:

"might as well get started..its 5 oclock somewhere"

When are we gonna admit that our little space rock lost in the vastness of mostly empty space,
which is NOT held in place atop pillars, and which does NOT have a dome separating the waters above from the waters below, is round
..not flat!!!

too bad Moses didn't know that!!!
too bad even Jesus let Himself become duped by the devil into thinking that one could see ALL the kingdoms of the world from a high place....
(only on a flat earth!!) so either Jesus believed the earth was flat, or that story must be reinterpreted as a made up "parable" with a moral for the benefit and betterment of young listeners sitting around the campfire.

McKee Foods Corporation, is Seventh-Day Adventist. It will continue the practice of not running its sponsorship on Saturday races.

but they WILL continue to fill american arteries with overdoses of tasty, sugar laden grease....,
in order to help a few worthy students study at Southern to learn about the flat earth and along with Moses, ignore the man made origin of the international date line and overlook the implications of all the limestone under their feet

like Ruby Falls.
http://www.rubyfalls.com/pages/Ruby-Falls-Geology/

If electricity comes from electrons, does morality come from morons?

Re: Sponsor Little Debbie Rests on Sabbath

Ruby Falls.

When I hike on the upper level of Lookout Mountain, I park at Ruby falls.
When I hike the lower part, as I did yesterday, I hike at Reflections Riding (Chattanooga Nature Center), which is below Ruby Falls. The trails of the nature center, of which there are many, interconnect up, down and along the mountain. They are part of the Chattahooche National Forest system. There are a lot of the old Confederate rifle pits strewn amongst the woodland from the Civil War.

However, I have never been in the cave of Ruby Falls because I do caves for free elsewhere around here. But my wife and kids have paid to see the Ruby Falls because they don't know the value of a dollar nor understand what the term "tourist trap" means yet.

Anyhow, I have excavated limestone rocks full of trilobites and shells and even some fossilized things that look like sand-worms or backbone pieces from small birds or other animals. I live half way up the side of Sand Mountain, which is across from Lookout Mountain, where the mountain is of limestone, but if I walk up to the top I find a lot of sandstone up there. There is no sandstone on the lower level, just lime.

Could it be that the Little Debbie's Bakery is really a secret society where they burn piles of Counsels on Diet and Foods books every Halloween?

Nascar now huh? I can just picture the Ellen White not only approving such a pastime, but sitting behind the wheel and doing the roundie rounds herself.

What was that about "He weeded all vanity from life, and by His own example taught that every moment of time is fraught with eternal results; that it is to be cherished as a treasure, and to be employed for holy purposes' (91 DOA)?

Or, about it being best to let sweet things be left alone, we don't need them? (CDF 328)?

How bout watching the NASCAR with the kids? "The more quiet and simple the life of the child- the more free from artificial excitement and the more in harmony with nature- the more favorable is it to physical and mental vigor and to spiritual strength" (DOA 74).

"The ideal of the Christian character is Christ likeness. As the Son of man was perfect in His life, so His followers are to be perfect in their life" (DOA 311).

Is the SDA church still selling these books? For what? They are surely not in compliance with them.

"Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy" Luke 12:1
